Dwayne has served as the head pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, North Carolina. He serves as a pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about empowering future generations of Biblical counselors. He serves as a member on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is the author of numerous articles on the internet as well as a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne, the wife of his Leslie and their children.
